Hi All I tried to cancel my membership to this page www.incrediblepass.com on this site http://www.findsupportonline.com I send this Email 10.15.08, because i wanted to cancel my membership. To now i have?nt got no answer from then. Greetings, Arne! Your member account has been activated by INBILL-INP! Site name: www.incrediblepass.com Login: http://www.incrediblepass.com/login.php User name: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Password: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ************************************* Thank you for joining, remember your membership will rebill automatically at 29.95 per month. ************************************* For Customer Service & Cancellations: Phone: 1-305-731-2303 Web: http://www.findsupportonline.com It seems to be unpossible. I fill out the form with Email adress, username, password, last 4 of credit card, as wanted, an they find my account. Then i try to cancel my membership in all possible ways, but the only thing it happends, i am redirected to the fill out form, again and again. It looks like, the cancellation progress don?t work properly, because the redirecting, to the Member self service, again and again. What goes wrong, and how do i cancel my membership?. I don?t like to pay recurring for a membership, that is impossible to cancel, because of a faillure, in the Member self service, and i realy hope, the problem can be solved asap. Best regards. N N Today (10.23.0  i checked my bankaccount, and found out, that i was billed for a? amount of 29.95 $, by a billing compagny called "SENSIBLE-HLP.COM" I did a? search on Google, and found this: http://www.google.dk/search?hl=da&q=SENSIBLE-HLP.COM&btnG=S%C3%B8g&meta= It seems that SENSIBLE-HLP.COM is identical with find supportonline.com: http://www.findsupportonline.com/investfield/
Unfortunately it seems like fraud, because they don?t answer my mail, and it sems to be unpossible, to get in contact with them. I will be very happy to hear, about your experiences with incredible.pass.com. I have prohibidded my bank to pay money, to the mentioned adresses, that seemed to be the only way, to avoid payment to them in the future. Best regards Riddick |
