I paid for a Trial on this supposedly "excellent site" and could not download nor stream anything tho I had a User name and PW; so I purchased their 1 month SPECIAL and still did not have any good results. I tried to telephone their support site 9 times to get help in using their site and never a response except to call back or leave a number.....they never called back. I used their toll number and also their toll-free numbers. So I sent emails explaining the problem but never a response! SO I CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP TO THEIR SORRY SITE! I have used a number of your site recommendations in the past but cannot understand why you recommend them so highly since they seem very inefficient to me and does TAKE the customer's money and puts out a poor product. They NEVER explain what their "premier" membership is...So I would beware of this out-of-country site. Michael T. |

I do not know why avanti had problems with the site. Next to RealityKings this is one of the best sites on the net. I'm just ending 2 months on this site and have downloaded a ton of video. The only small problem is that it times out quickly and you have to put in a 4 letter random code to get back in. Fortunately, the pin number provided at registration is a cookie so one does not have to keep remembering it. |
