This site, and the partner site run by Spice, Adult.com have terrible customer service. We tried using the site's trial membership $1 for 3 days and have had absolutely no luck cancelling our trial. The site does not allow you to cancel your membership online, although they are happy to take your subscription this way. You must call a number that either rings with no one ever picking up or, if you are lucky, every now and then you will get their voice mail that says a rep will return your call in 24 hours (which hasnt happened yet). Don't bother emailing their support because all attempts Ive made to contact them this way have returned me with "failure to deliver" notices. I will most likely be forced to call my bank and ask them to block any payments from this site. This site has been nothing but a major pain! i highly reccomend you avoid it! |
