There is a problem with this site, at least as far as I'm concerned, which is the irritatingly chirpy and ingratiating interventions of M. Root himself, who kicks off most of the videos with a stream of happy badinage with the models, and sometimes keeps it up throughout the entire proceedings. This is a little like a restaurant waiter plonking himself down at your table and pouring himself a glass of your wine. What I want from pornographic film directors is tact, silence and invisibility, not personality. I suspect he may be trying too hard to be different; on the other hand, it may be a cultural thing. You could try the site and see, but it's a little on the expensive side for idle experimentation. |
