I found downloading videos to be a real problem because, after a period of time logged in, if my internet connection was disrupted I was refused access again. For similar reasons, I had to purchase 2 whole 5 day subscriptions to a separate zipset (a video of Serena with Krissy), and even then only managed to download 97% of the file before my second subscription expired. CCBill were reasonably helpful, giving me a new username and password about 6 times in all. The webmaster, on the other hand, never replied to my emails requesting help. Nice girl, but not worth the hassle. Find a more accessible site to spend your hard-earned money on.
