Balloon Popping

Once you've logged in, you're greeted by a lovely, well-organized sky-blue members area. At the top of the page is a nice little group shot of several of the sites top models standing in front of the Union Jack. Directly below you'll find your main menu: Home, Videos, Pictures, Contact Us, Shop, Clips4Sale. On the left-hand side of the page there's another series menus from which you can sort content by date, title, or length. There's also the option to browse by model or niche. So, the middle of the page basically exists to be filled out with the content type of your choice.

One thing that immediately jumped out at me about the site is how detailed each update is. They give you a title, synopsis, thumbnail, running time, and a time-stamp indicating when it was uploaded. According to the latter, they've been cranking out videos since April of 2010. The regular output seems to be 6-7 updates per week, which is pretty damn good. The only minor downfall I can see is that the bulk of their focus seems to be on the videos. By current count there are 361 movies and only 18 photo galleries. I, myself, can certainly understand more focus on the "moving pictures," but it may be disappointing to some of you pic-hounds out there.

So far Balloon Popping has managed to snag 18 U.K. based birds, and I'm happy to report that there wasn't a minger in the lot. In fact, most of these hotties look downright elegant. My personal favorite was Nina Leigh, a cheeky little brunette with a body that'll make your dick stand up and say hello. If you're more of a blonde man, however, they've got several of those, too. There really isn't much covered in the way of the ethnic crowd yet but the site is still relatively new.

As far as the content goes, they've covered a ton of categories, some of which you've probably never even heard of: Pouting, Rubbing, Lipstick, Kissing, Non-Pop, Bite 2 Pop, Nude, Smoke 2 Pop, Boob Popping, Hand Pump, Licking, Inflation, Insertions. These are all pretty self explanatory, so I won't bore you too much with the details. What I can tell you, though, is that you haven't lived until you saw a girl pop a balloon between her DD knockers whilst smoking a Kool. It's also worth noting that there's a couple of fetishes covered that aren't even on the list. For instance, I recall seeing a foot fetish themed video where two gorgeous twins rubbed the soft soles of their feet against freshly inflated balloons, which makes that great little squeaking sound. Very hot.

Indeed, the scenes are quite fun, and there's a real playful atmosphere going on in most of them that I find highly appropriate for a niche like this. You can tell the the models are really enjoying themselves, and their laughter and playful energy is practically contagious. What is it about balloons that brings out the inner child in us all?

So far as I can tell, scenes are shot primarily handheld. In the last year alone there has been a noticeable jump in quality. Older videos looked much less clear. I can't tell this improvement is due to encoding, a new camera, or both, but I'm pleased, nonetheless. I do wish they'd consider introducing an H.D. quality option. Right now you've your choice between a Windows Media or MPEG-4 file. Both have similar resolutions, but in most cases I'd give the edge to the MPEG file. Unfortunately there is currently no option for streaming the videos through your browser. So, direct downloads will have to do for now. On the bright side, they come in quite fast at over a megabyte-per-second on average. All in all, the videos are great. I just wish they were a tad longer. The current average running time is only around 5 minutes.

One thing that really disappoints me about the photo galleries is that, well, you can't really view them on the site. Your only option is to download the whole thing compressed in a ZIP file with only a thumbnail image and a brief synopsis to go by. However, taking into account that the site is relatively new and their focus thus far has been primarily on videos, I'll give them the benefit of a doubt and consider it a kink they're working out. The pictures themselves, while not the highest quality I've seen, do have a large resolution. The average width is a whopping 2,200 pixels.
