Once I'd entered my login credentials I was taken to a page that, not unlike the tour, had a very bleak yet oddly arousing aesthetic; the black and red color scheme combined with the, at times, creepy covers(one, in particular, that stands out in my mind is a frightened looking woman surrounded by totally nude men, save for black balaclavas; a close second showed a masked bride dominating a young, rather confused looking girl) of the featured rental titles gave the main membership a foreboding vibe. And as strange as all that sounds, I think that works for a site of this nature. I mean, if your idea of fun time seeing amateurs is watching amateurs perform unspeakable acts in front of cameras, you must have at least a hint of a dark side, right?

Of course, the fact that a nice portion of the main membership page only seems to show up in Italian, a language I was never really fluent in, probably helps add to that air of mystery. Admittedly, switching to "English" via the language selector situated in the top, right-hand corner of the page takes care of the main menu, one is still left with a whole host of untranslated titles. Titles which, I might add, usually don't include a synopsis, either.

Nevertheless, it's usually not all that difficult to figure out — a glance at their cover art will usually suffice. And if the search engine, which seems to respond well to English keywords, isn't enough, I suppose there's always Google translate. In either case, you won't want for content. I counted 2175 movies, covering everything from regular hardcore staples such anal and interracial, to more "out there" content like public humiliation and watersports. Hell, there's even one series of films that seems to focus on lactation.

One great thing about this site, though, is that you don't even have pay for a membership to verify most of what I've already said. You can sign up for free, browse the archives, and see if there's anything here that really grabs you before opening your wallet.

But if you do decide to take the plunge, it's worth noting that there are several different ways in which you can do so. As mentioned earlier, you can go the video-on-demand route. Most of these flicks can be rented(streaming only, usually costing 4-10 Euros) for as short as 48 hours or as long as "forever." And if you're willing to spend a bit(the 12 - 18 Euro range) you can download the scene directly to your hard drive in your choice of three different formats, ranging from mobile to 720p high-definition.

And those looking to save a few bucks will no doubt be happy to find out that there are often sales going on. In fact, as I write this there are 8 titles on sale. And Christmas having just passed, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that Santa Claus graces the cover of three of 'em. This isn't uncommon, either — sales, not Santa. Their sister site recently had a Star Wars parody porn on sale, timed conveniently with the release of the new sequel. So, not only are the sales frequent, but well thought out and relevant, too. My only complaint would be tha the discounts aren't as great as one might hope. It seems on most titles you're only saving a couple of Euros per title.

As far as site credits go, I'm happy to report that purchasing in bulk gets you a discount. This should be obvious, but many VOD sites, for whatever reason, don't go that route. Here, however, spending ?25 nets you ?30 credits on-site, ?50 gets you ?65, and the rewards only increase the more you spend. Hell, spend ?250 and you get ?400, which is enough to rent a good chunk of the site "forever."

Getting back on the subject of the films, I'm happy to report that, while these films do, indeed, feature amateurs, they're usually not what I'd categorize as amateur productions. So, for the most part you can expect good lighting, multiple camera angles, and at least somewhat coherent storylines. So far as the latter is concerned, though, don't expect to be able to follow them very well . . . unless you understand Italian. Sadly, the bulk of these films are without subtitles. But in their defense, this joint advertises itself as an Italian porn site, and the tour never said anything about catering to those who don't speak to the language.

Much less forgivable, however, was the site's complete and utter lack of timestamps on their movies, making it damn near impossible to nail them down to an accurate update schedule. For what it's worth, though, I monitored the site for a week before finishing this review, and in that time its archive grew by 5 new movies. Hardly scientific, I know, but I'll take it as a good sign.

One last minor issue was that, for a site that holds so many films, their navigation is a bit on the simplistic side. In their defense, this approach is not without its advantages. I mean, I certainly enjoyed how intuitive and clutter-free their main page was. Still, I think an archive this size could do with a few more browse-tools. I think we can all agree that an archive with no centralized theme(other than "amateur) and nearly a thousand kinky films and growing could, at the very least, benefit from a niche filter, right?
