Even though the site completely kicks ass from a voyeuristic point of view, there are a couple things I would improve. The thumbnails in the galleries are obnoxiously small. Some of them measure 72x54. You have to actually open them to even see what is going on in that picture. Thumbnails are supposed to be to quickly scan through the whole set and with these tiny thumbnails it makes it near impossible - especially the far away shots.
Another thing I'd improve is to add some videos. There is not one video on this site. They should follow some of the girls around with a video camera. I'd like to see behind the scenes stuff and see who was shy and who immediately got nude in public.
There are also several bonus features on this site. They have a "comments" board where you can give feedback about all the photoshoots and what you'd like to see in the future. It seems quite active from what I can tell. They also have a DVD shop where you can purchase videos of the girls getting nude in public. Personally, I'd like to see these offered for free. I think a paysite should offer more than just pictures.
