Brian Xander welcomes you to the site that he proudly produces, Hard Working Stiff and tells you all about himself and the site he set up a few years back. The guys are Canadian and, apparently, are just the kind of thing women and gay men like to see on an adult site. There are models, or ‘stiffs’ as he calls them, to view on the tour and we are in for some hot exclusive guys once we sign up.

Once inside the members’ area at this site you find the same four pages of thumbnails as you saw on the tour. There are 57 exclusive guys at the site so far and, again like on the tour, each one has a written introduction on his individual page. You are also told some basic stats here like height and occupation and below this you will find the gallery of thumbnails; further down and we get to the video downloads.
For some reason Hard Working Stiff has gone with Real Player as its favoured format, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but there is a Quicktime MP4 version suitable for Mac and iPod with every movie too. The movies I found ran for between 10 and 15 minutes each and played just fine though there was no option to stream them on line, so I had to wait for a download every time. Which leads me to mention that there was no choice of file quality of download speed either – what you see is what you get.
I have to say that the mix of guys and action is a good one at this site. You have plenty of black, Latino and white guys to choose from; you have plenty of solo scenes and some of these involve guys and their toys; and you have action scenes too. Some of these were full on bareback while others were two, presumably straight, guys jerking off together but not jerking off each other. Certainly hot stuff and well made too, I'm sure you will fall for these guys once you start watching them and how they perform.

As for the image galleries: each movie episode has a gallery of around 30 to 50 shots, these are the thumbnails you find on the main page for each guy or couple. Individual images open in new windows and enlarge to a fixed size. The ones I viewed were 640 x 427 and were a good quality. The thumbnails are only 75 x 50 and not very easy to see but you have navigation buttons on the larger images once you open one; there are no slideshow or download options other than the ability to save the images one at a time.
This site is a relatively small site but it’s an intimate one. You get the feeling that Xander really enjoys what he is doing and he does it well enough, but there are a few things missing. Not every site needs to have extras or bonuses of course but this site could benefit from some more content. My advice would be to keep the exclusive vids and pics coming as they are great but add some stories maybe or some non-exclusive feeds that would boost the content and flesh the site out. But keep the quality, don’t lose that as what is there at the moment is good quality and so it should be. Oh, and maybe add some streaming options for the videos so that those on slower connections don’t have to wait so long to see the movies. There, that’s my humble opinion.

A few more things added to the site like streaming video options, stories and maybe some extra movies would really boost Hard Working Stiff. But having said that the guys you have here perform well, they are great to view and they are exclusive. The quality is of a high standard and everything works just as it should. A great site for amateur Canadian men.
