Being technical for a moment: take a look at the settings and options department when you first log in to set up your viewing options. Here you get three choices of format, six choices of download bitrate from 56 kbps to 1100 kbps and you can also select your connection speed. With these settings you can optimise your streaming to enhance the performance of the site. If you are not sure about this technical mumbo-jumbo your can use the ‘test bandwidth’ option and the system will make the adjustments for you. You may need Real Player installed but there is a free download link in the help department if you are having trouble viewing the movies or scenes. And check your pop up blocker is off as the movies are in a pop up console so you can continue to browse while the movie streams in.
