Mall Twinks

The site had only been launched nine days before my visit, but it already had a stock of seven full length, exclusive scenes to view. After checking the news on the home page and looking at the list of 30 sites that I could come back to later, I test drove one of the newest scenes. The idea here is that ordinary guys are picked up in the mall, and somehow persuaded to make a porn flick. There is an intro from the team, they are running a competition or some such thing, they chat to the cam and tell us what they are getting up to. Sometimes the action starts once the boys are back ‘home’ or where the action is to be filmed. It’s important to view these openings if you want to get the real feel for what’s going on. Though, with the clips, you can download or stream any parts that you wish and find the hardcore right from the start.

You can run your movies in a streaming Flash player, which I found suffered from start and stop. I set it on pause and then opened a new tab and browsed the rest of the episodes, getting some downloads along the way. The full videos are quite large files, and the transfer rate is a standard 70kbps or so, but the clips come down nice and fast in WMV files in two resolutions. The sound is good and so are the visuals, so you’re not going to miss anything.

Now then. Are these guys for real? Well, that’s up to you to decide. Certainly the openings, with our host and his crew getting ready and finding their targets, look convincing enough; they even mention that they need to check IDs for proof of age. But sometimes the actual sex scenes are so spot on it’s hard to imagine that these boys are appearing on camera for the first time. Maybe they are naturally gifted, maybe they simply get lost in each others’ hot bodies and youthful cocks, maybe I am being cynical but I will leave it to you to make up your own mind, And after all, it doesn’t really matter that much as you soon get drawn into the hardcore scenes.

There are some things I’d like to have seen that are not available at Mall Twinks. There is no model index, for example, and you don’t really know much about the boys. The episodes don’t yet have galleries so you can’t really see who is in each one, sometimes. There are no screenshots as guides and very little information. There’s no interactivity either – it's a view and keep set up that lets you collect as much as you want, but doesn’t let you store things in one area, vote for your favourite scenes or boys, or add any comments.

But it does let you access the 30 bonus sites which hold exclusive and varied videos and some galleries, and it does let you access around 900 non-exclusive DVDs from a wide variety of studios, and in a wide variety of genres. So that’s not to be sniffed at.
