What you get to view or download with depends on the age of the movie. I guess that most of them are at 480p, as a standard level, but there are some up to 720p HD, and others that are much smaller. These will suit your mobiles and they are in Mp4, so that's all fine. I found a standard stream speed at 480p, which should be fine for most connections, and the scenes had at least two download options (480 and 240p) in Mp4 and they came down on a fast transfer rate although some 480p files were 400 Mbs and others were only 100 Mb, so the quality does vary. The runtimes are pretty standard at around 20 minutes per scene, some were longer, but the quality does vary with age.
