Mens Movies

It’s hard to know where to start with the hundreds of titles available in over 40 categories but it’s also great to see some more specialised genres represented here. ‘British’ makes an appearance, as do Foreign, Classic and Athletes. I was keen to try out the edit function and so selected a movie at random. Well, kind of, I was tempted by Euro College Buddies as it promised both handsome young Euro guys and college dudes in one movie. And here’s how the process works:

First select your Mens Movies title and you will find the basic information about it including the description, the cast list, length and so on. Beneath this you have thumbnails from each of the scenes. Select your scene and you come to the editing page. It’s actually very simple from here on as you are in control. The scenes are shown to you in 36 thumbnails in a film-strip and you simply click which one you want the scene to start on and which one for it to finish on. These then appear in the start and finish slots and up pop your download options. Things get even better and more interactive here as now you have a choice of quality, from 150 kbps to 768 kbps. Again you make your choice and hey presto! The file is instantly created and ready for download or, in some cases, to stream on line. All the files I found were Windows Media Player format so make sure you have that available before you start your adventures in the editing suite. So that’s how it works, but what of the content?

As I mentioned, there are loads of different categories to choose from so it’s not possible to say that there is any one kind of guy, genre or scenario here; there literally is something for everyone. This site, though, does seem to have gone for quality productions and, glancing at the studios, you will find some will known and respected names. Bacchus, Stallion and Studio 10 for example provide a good set of content but I couldn’t resist looking at Totally Tasteless Video as it was a name I’d not come across before. There were only six titles from this company but there was nothing tasteless about their movies. They featured plenty of hot hunks in varied scenarios; on the beach, in jail, at home and their models are your typical, well put together porn star. Of course, if you like twinks or ethnic guys you can find them here too and there are plenty of leather men, bears and fetish content too. And so the list goes on, with over 800 full length movies to collect either as whole scenes or in your own customised clips it’s going to take you a long time to take full advantage of Mens Movies.

Now I do have to say that I did encounter a few technical problems. Namely that I was booted out of the system a few times. At first this was because I was checking the tour and you only get the chance to create and download a couple of short scenes here. But even when I’d signed back in I would sometimes get to the point of downloading my selection and then find I had to log in again. This didn’t happen all the time though and there were links to customer support that I could have used to get the problem ironed out. This site also carries a support page and you can find this in the top menu. Here too you will find a few other features: There are the latest movies arranged on a page by studio, so you can see what is coming out of what production house, the top movie of each category is listed on the Top Picks page and there is an Extras page. This is really a collection of advertisements and discounts to other sites but it includes some of the better Pay Per View, live cams, dating and DVD store sites. But those are only extras and features, the main thrust of the site are the movies and, though there is no update news as such, we’re told that new titles are being added all the time and you can see the upload dates of each title on their individual pages. When I checked, there had been a new movie added each week for the previous three weeks; good enough for me.
