Pipe Boys

Ok. I've had a look at the content at Pipe Boys and it didn’t take me very long. This is, so far, a very simple set up and although it does give you the kinds of scenes you see on the tour, it doesn’t actually give you very much else.

First off, let me say that I don’t know when the site started, when the content was uploaded and if there is going to be any more – so forgive me if I knock the site on numbers as it may well be uploading more content as I write – I just don’t know. What happens when you log in to the members’ area is this: You come to a page of images and movies and that’s it. There is no welcome message, the top menu is the same as the tour including the Join Now button, and all you have to guide you are thumbnails and ‘click to view’ instructions. It looks like you can only stream the movies in Quicktime (though I can’t even tell you the resolution), I couldn’t get anything to download with right clicking and trying to save, and you can only view the screen cap images that come with them on line. These open in Flash and again there is no downloading to be had. You can, though, run automatic slideshows.

You have a very simple and dark home page then that currently contains 11 scenes. What’s good is that these are all about a master training a slave. There were two slaves when I logged in, Adam and Derek. Adam went through eight days of training and Derek was still on day three. I clicked ‘Adam day one’ to see how things started and he was already tied and bound. Maybe it’s me but I was expecting more of an introduction; some information about who the aster is and who Adam is and what I could expect to take place over the coming days/episodes. The rather dimly lit and mid-range quality videos were filmed from a camera on a tripod and the movie was edited so that we saw the master tying up his slave’s nuts one moment and then we cut to a front view to see Adam in the stocks. The sound was natural though difficult to hear at times so you will need to boost up your speakers.

I figured out how to stop one movie and start another – you have to click the thumbnail to close the screen, there is the potential here to have all movies running at once on the same page if your connection can withstand it. On day two Adam was bound and tied on his back while the masked master applied some more ropes and chains. And so it went on. The punishments were fierce and realistic and these scene won’t disappoint true fetish fans.

I started to get annoyed when I closed one movie and went to the next as it carried on playing even when closed – I mean I could hear the sound so the thing was still streaming in even though I couldn’t see it. And I couldn't find a way of stopping it other than closing the window and starting again. This did mean I viewed the small slideshows with the accompaniment of slapping and whipping taking place, which added some atmosphere, albeit unwanted at the time.

And talking of slideshows, I found around 40 pics per gallery (some had more, some less), they were small, I can’t tell you the size as they were in Flash, and I couldn't save them. But they are screen caps so don’t expect miracles. And that was it 11 days, two models, plenty of fetish BDSM and punishment but nothing else – no information, no instructions on how to safely do what was being done, no downloads, no digital galleries and all a bit too homemade for my liking.
