When you first click in to the members’ area you see, as you did on the tour, that this site is well designed. It is dark and sleek, moody and yet stylish, the very Best in French porn clearly awaits. You've got a choice of two languages, a simple top menu, a sliding scroll of thumbnails showing samples from all of the areas of the site, and a page of the recent updates. I clicked first to our hosts own collection of movies…

And found 25 original casting movies. These are available to download in five formats, as full scenes in quite large files (500Mbs on average). I tried some of the MP4 downloads, but could not get them to play in any available player I had access to. There is also a Flash stream for each one and don’t be put off by the size of the player. It is tiny, but it goes to full screen perfectly. Being audition movies, in other words, the first time the guys have made such a film, they include some chat and interviews too, but they soon move on to horny duos, threesomes or solo shoots. If you want to see what’s going to happen in the film then you have a set pf pics to view. There are thumbnails beneath each video and you simply click to open the three sets per movie. Here you get a simple gallery view with thumbnails clicking to a larger pic, which appears above them, at 450 x 600, nice and clear and, like the videos, good quality.

What was striking about the way these exclusives are presented was the way you got so much detail with each one. There is a standard kind of description to read and beneath this is a set of stats, and some info about who is appearing. It was striking because, on page one, there was the cast list, and they were girls’ names, and there were dates of birth – all the same, and some other info about the performer, all the same for every movie I saw advertised. So I am not sure what’s going on there. And I am not sure what’s going on with the downloads either. As I am writing I have two downloading, which should be fine, and the transfer rate is up at 95kbps, which is pretty good. But while the download is going on I have no images on the site, and I can’t open the galleries. So I will have to stop the download while I go and view the rest of what is on offer.

The Backstage area contains a couple of deleted scenes where the descriptions seem to match what you see but the other detail don’t, again. This is obviously something Sean needs to look at. Also in the top menu is a link to Boys Squirting, a place that opens up in the same window and the same design. This appeared to be a collection of seven more videos and galleries, by the same team, featuring solos and action scenes. Again, these were good quality, with the same viewing choices and galleries as before.

Now then, there is also a Live Shows area in the menu at Sean Mathieu, and it took a long while for the page to load – in the same window. I was waiting for a link into cleangayfun.com by the looks of my browser info bar… But it never came up. Even when I wasn’t downloading anything and even after waiting five minutes (longer than I’d usually wait for such a link) nothing appeared, so sadly I had to give up on that one. It put a bit of a downer on my visit.
