Most of the sets give you 5 different options to view the videos: dial up streaming, DSL 256 kb/s streaming, DSL 512 kb/s streaming, cable modem streaming and large MPEG file for download. The streaming videos are in WMV format so you will need Windows Media Player. The lighting of the videos is actually better than I expected. The viewing area of the dial up streaming videos are small while the other options feature a large screening area. The quality range from poor (dial up streaming) to great (MPEG). Sound is included with moaning and background noise but I would have enjoyed some talking.
