Closet Cams

As soon as I saw the member’s home page my heart sank but I pressed on. Why such a reaction? Well, to be honest I’ve been to this site before but then it was called by a different name. Let me explain: although there is not a lot of information at the Closet Cams tour you are left with the impression that you’re going to get a site that is all about real college men having gay sex on film. Look at the tour area and you will see what I mean. But when you get into the members’ area you’ll find that the site is a collection of ‘feed’ sites. That means that it doesn’t have any of its own, original content but instead has a set of content from other sites.

This means that there are a lot of gay sex movies and pictures to be viewed but you’re going to have to search around to find the guys from the tour who tempted you into the site in the first place. That always annoys me for a start. To help you out though this is what I found when I was in this site:

In the box at the centre of your screen you’ll find links to the first four feed sites. When I saw this site before (I forget what name it went under then but let’s say it was to do with twinks) the twink content was in this box. At this site the ‘premium’ content features studs and outdoor gay sex; but not necessarily college jocks caught on camera. Anyway, click one of the feeds and a new widow will open and bring you the content that the site has to offer. Very often this will be streaming video with no download options but you will get a choice of streaming speeds to suit your internet connection. And that’s basically how this site works.

At the top of the page you will find links to other parts of the site. Click ‘bonus videos and movies’ and you will find the list of 70 feed sites available to you. There are categories such as military, young, ethnic and big dicks but down at the bottom you will find the voyeur material. So if you signed up to see real and voyeuristic content then this is where you will want to be. In my opinion Peep Hole was the best of this bunch and streaming the clips in Java worked best. But watch out; once I’d finished sampling the clips and closed the window the audio track was caught in a loop and wouldn’t stop playing until I’d closed my machine and started again.

As for the other areas of the site, in the photo-department that Closet Cams has collected you’ll find 16 galleries with varied amounts of image content, there are two demo sites to check out where you can find more video and image content and there are links to dating and shopping sites. There is also a feed back page which I suggest you use if, like me, you want to ask the webmasters exactly where the content that the tour promised you is to be found. I wonder if you’ll get a reply? I get the impression that the site is set up and left to fend for itself with updates being provided by the feed site owners rather than the Closet Cams webmasters themselves. All in all I found it disappointing.
