Downloading and installing the game was a breeze, and once I had it running I found myself standing in a circular red room, surrounded by flickering stars and a gaggle of 8 different virtual women to choose from.

But these babes were a far cry from the generic blonde bombshells I'd seen in other virtual sex games. While there were a few characters that catered to more, shall we say, conventional tastes — and if you're in the mood for something more vanilla, look no further than sexy MILF teacher Mrs. Wilson, svelte blonde Britney, or tattooed bad girl Tiffany — it seemed that the bulk of this world was inhabited by babes that were, well, otherworldly. Take, for example, Nurse Lavana. With her tattered blood covered uniform and dead, grey skin she cut a figure that was somehow simultaneously utterly terrifying and oddly arousing.

In that same vein, the vampiric Delia Fangs aroused an equally confusing mix of emotions. Where things get really interesting, however, was when I started to play with the parody characters. Fans of Game of Thrones will surely delight in the new Dragon MILF character, and I have no doubt comic nerds will be positively thrilled at the prospect of sticking their virtual dicks in Scarlet and Alana Quinn.

Not to dwell on these characters too long, but I think Alana Quinn is worth taking a moment to talk about, if for no other reason than the fact that she is a testament to just how much Sin VR's developers strive to constantly improve this game.

First off, I was immediately struck with how lifelike she appeared. I mean, don't get me wrong — the other characters looked great, too. But that Alana really was something else. And after doing a little bit of digging, I found out why. As it turns out, they really spared no expense in bringing this character to their virtual world, having porn star Alana Evans' entire body painstakingly 3D scanned, resulting in a character model that is shockingly lifelike. What's more, they even had Alana voice the slutty clown prince's sidekick, bringing you one step closer to experiencing the full glory of fucking Evans — or even Miss Quinn for that matter — in the flesh. It's little touches like these that will surely keep the fans coming back for more.

Each gal also has her own unique virtual world, and unlike a lot of the 180 and 360 degree VR porn I have experienced, here you can do more than just crane your head around the room — you can actually explore it, even interact with the objects within it. That latter detail, and the addition of player collision in general for that matter, is particularly awesome if you have access to touch controllers like those available for VIVE and the Oculus Rift, as you get the sensation of actually squeezing and jiggling these gal's luscious melons.

But the setting isn't the only thing unique to each character. Every girl has her own custom series of positions, too, specifically tailored to their own custom environments, and at times as I was making my way through them I felt as if I were writing my own Kamasutra on the fly. Heck, I even received a blowjob from Alana Quinn while I stood and she lay prone on a table.

On that note, the interface makes changing positions easy enough as to not kill the immersion. You need only quickly stare off to your side and you'll see what looks like a debauched row of traffic signs. A method that coincidentally serves to make the transition from position-to-position even smoother, which, by the way, is is actually quite rare in games of this genre.

This game is also playable without the VR gear, allowing you to navigate through the virtual world with just your WASD keys and mouse, and though it isn't nearly as immersive, I could still see it being a fun way to pass the time . . . and perhaps a load or two.

Honestly, the only real flaw I see here is that some of the characters tend to look just a tad unnatural — and I mean in a way that is beyond their obviously intended levels of creepiness. The facial animations, in particular, can sometimes give an uncanny valley vibe. But I suppose this is nothing that can't be remedied by a little doggystyle . . . .
