My two cents: I joined the PornstarNetwork (PSN) site in July 2010 and must say I really liked the site. Variety, plenty of stars, lots of content and no DRM! The only major negative came about a few months (Oct/Nov) after I joined: requiring an additional membership to view some content previously included in the PSN membership. See Really Annoying Con below. Pro: Variety, number of porn stars, length of clips, number of sites clips/scenes/DVDs are taken from, no DRM, search feature, photos to go along with porn star's name. Con: Clips can appear twice, usually with one as a slightly edited version of the longer; download times can be a little long depending upon clip size and connection (a given nowadays), limited amount of material for some stars, search results "sort by" options are limited. Really Annoying Con: Requiring a membership to ExtraMoviez.com (aka Movies+) to view/download some site content. On the bright site the clips requiring a Movies+ membership are clearly marked. Not quite a deal-breaker but enough to give me pause when my membership comes up for renewal. Bottome Line: Initially the site was well deserving of the 4.9 given in the Porn Inspector review. After a Movies+ membership was required to view some content I'd lower the rating to a 4.0 for the bait-and-switch I experienced and the overall annoyance of requiring an additional (paid) membership to view some content. |
