I could write a lot more about the downside of DRM, but you get the idea. As a rule of thumb, be wary of any site which doesn’t offer other formats also for playing videos e.g. Quicktime, MPEG etc. as these players & formats don’t support DRM. As a whole I couldn’t escape the feeling of control the site owners want to exercise over you.

Second disappointment, the customer support is not 24/7 and you don’t get any support on weekends, this is not informed even. You can’t submit your complaint via e-mail, you have to log into the site to do this. This is a serious set back that the site owners must look into.
