Black Is Better

The first thing that really struck me about this site was the fact that it has a very solid layout. Finding and filtering content is easy via niche tags and their advanced search engine, and I have to applaud them on their choice of a great little embedded player. I particularly enjoyed the "lights off" feature, which I find allows me to more fully immerse myself in the action.

Speaking of action, Black Is Better isn't big on filler. Most of these scenes cut straight to the chase. So, although the synopsis might talk about a businessman hiring an escort or a husband being out of town, you really wouldn't know it unless you put the pieces together with the occasional wardrobe and set clues. Occasionally a scene will have a bit of dialogue and buildup, but most of the time you're going to rely on the synopsis if you're looking for any semblance of a story.

Honestly, I don't think anyone signs up to this site for plotlines, anyway. They join because they want to see pristine little white pussies being wrecked by massive black cocks. And that's precisely what this site delivers. Members will get to see super hot porn stars like Joseline Kelly and Gina Valentina sucking and fucking super thick black dicks. What more could you want?

I also really dig the fact that these scenes have noticeably high production values. In fact, I find it funny that they shy away from plot in dialogue in scenes that have such a cinematic look. The lighting, camera angles, filters, and editing were all fantastic.

Videos can be streamed or downloaded in your choice of 4 different resolutions, ranging from a dazzling 1080p to a lowly 480p. Oh, and they threw in a nice little mobile file, too. Perhaps even more impressive is the fact that these babies can be downloaded at a lightning fast 8 megs-per-second.

Each scene also has its own attached picture gallery, but they, frankly, pale in comparison to their video counterparts. You get an average of 120 medium sized(798 x 532 pixels) watermarked images that can be viewed via hands-free slideshow or downloaded in a ZIP. But why would you bother?

One minor complaint I have about this site is that it has a few ads in the membership area. For instance, upon logging in I was taken a network portal, and even after choosing this site, I was hit with a pop-up offering me VIP membership. I understand that upgrading can make my experience on the site much better, but do I really need to be reminded of that every single time I log into my account?

A few ads — particularly ones for the actual site you're on — aren't that big of a deal, though. What I do think is a big deal, however, is the fact that you need VIP membership for just to download these scenes. With your standard membership plan, you're relegated to streaming. What a shame.

Also, at the time of this review there are only 102 scenes to choose from. This is understandable coming from a brand spankin' new site, but I don't see them remedying this any time soon with a mere 2 updates per month.

Fortunately, membership includes access to the Babes Network, which has more than enough hardcore content to keep you busy between updates.
