The quality of the picture seemed to be the same. So if you're on high speed, I'd go for the higher resolution clips. The low speed clips look compressed and choppy, but you cannot expect clarity if you are on a dialup modem. The movie clips are only made for streaming playback as you are unable to save them to your harddive. So if I was on a dialup modem, I'd attempt to stream the higher bandwidth movies and get the clearer quality. You can watch it as it downloads so there is very little wait.
