So Ryan's beach house looks good but is it?

In a word, yes.

The skit is, he goes round Hollywood advertising his dream beach house, using classified ads and flyers. When some sweet hottie replies, he shows them the irresistible apartment, then hits them with the big price. Of course, it’s way out of these hot young babes price range. No problem though Ryan is more than happy to ‘work something out’. The payoff is when he’s had his fun and got them on video, he tells them, that they just made it onto the list of prospective tenants, and he still has more girls to interview, but he’ll let them know. Of course, they are suitably angry. Yes he’s doing this to real lfe amature girls. (Err, you guys know there’s no ‘Easter Bunny’ and no ‘Father Christmas’ right.).

The content you’re paying for are these videos. Each one runs for about 45 mins, and starts with a nice tease, as cheeky chap Ryan shows a prospective tenant round his beach house. Now that sounds like a slow start but it actually adds to the excitement, as the girls are very hot and it’s fun to see them in their clothes, before Ryan convinces them to strip for the camera. Once the hot chick is nekkid, Ryan sheds his clothes and we soon see what the girl in question, is willing to do to get the beach house. Well obviously she’s prepared to suck cock like a veteran porn star before Ryan bangs her senseless and comes all over her. It’s shortly after this triumphant climax (if you’ll pardon the pun) that Ryan tells them he was (literally) jerking them around, and they aren’t getting the Apartment. Cue one pissed chick, as she storms around (still covered in fresh man-juice) calling Ryan an asshole, before scooping up her clothes and storming off.

The videos themselves run pretty smoothly and are in pretty good resolution, yes the production values are low (including the acting) but that’s all part of the charm of these kind of sites, the soundtracks are a bit rough, some of the camerawork a bit shaky. But none of that matters, because the babes are stunning. Very real looking, not at all moulded, and packed full of silicone and saline, but all the more horny for it. These are the hot chicks you see in the street, the clubs, the bars, the mall, and think mmm if only. Very hot chicks and they fuck like you always dreamed they would do. Mainly though they give head, get creamed on by Ryan, and then get angry while Ryan and his buddy laugh at them. For me windows media player seemed to runs the films best and occasionally it did stop to buffer (I guess that may all depend on your set up). Overall, though the quality was good and even the occasional buffering didn’t spoil the fun.

The extra content on Ryan`s Beach House is the usual mixed bag the videos don’t compare so well to Ryan’s, but the photo’s are ok (I would of liked to have seen some stills from Ryan’s Videos actually, but there doesn’t seem to be any). There are also links to erotic stories and E-zines, and games and casino links (don’t ask me why but they’re there if you want them).
