For some reason, instead of just yanking or ripping off a gal's panties, I have always preferred to instead to simply slide the crotch section to the side, and go about my business while they're still on. Admittedly, they do sometimes stray from their straight-forward hardcore formula. Although in what direction is never easy to guess. For instance, I just watched a rather tame solo masturbation scene, which stood in stark contrast the tantalizing foray into light bondage I enjoyed before that. You just never know.

Compared to most of the other sites on the network, Panty Pops is still quite young, and as a result most of their videos come in stellar-looking high-definition. At the time of this review, 69 of the 145 scenes can be downloaded in either 720p or 1080p HD. That goes for streaming and downloading. I should also mention that I experienced no buffering hiccups or annoying issues with fast-forwarding or rewinding. This is partially due to the fact that the embedded player is quite nice, but I think more important is that download speeds here are quite fast, often clocking in at just under 3 megs-per-second. But if your own connection isn't quite up to the snuff, you can always choose from one of the 6 other low-res selections.

There's photo galleries here as well, and they range in size from 90-200 high-res(just under 2,000 pixel width) shots. But don't go thinking just because you've seen the scenes, you've seen what's in the galleries, too. I was pleasantly surprised to find lots of posing and action that could only be found in these stills. Don't get me wrong, they're not exactly award winning studio photography, but they're a lot better than the still shots you'd find on most sites, and definitely a welcome bonus.

My only major complaint about this site would be that its update schedule is sporadic at best. There have been no updates for damn near two months now. Ordinarily that'd be enough for to assume a site is good as dead, but here that is not at all unusual. Hell, given the site's history, you can almost take it as a good sign. In 2009 gaps of 3 and 4 months between updates were typical. Hell, 2010 only saw 3 updates, altogether . . . .

But it's not all bad. If you're still dead-set on enjoying some panty-clad pornography, it might comfort you to know that there's 26 other Evil Angel sites included with your membership, many of which that are still updating.
