The site always had a sleek and efficient layout, but there is no denying they have kicked things up several notches since 2017. Great transparency, too. A new member can immediately get an idea of their update simply browsing by month. Oh, and in case you were wondering,
Sex Art usually delivers somewhere in the neighborhood of 17 to 18 new galleries each month, and the videos aren't far behind.
I also dig the fact that not only did they include a model index, but they gave spotlight to their top-notch band of directors and photographers. There are over 700 models hailing from all over Europe listed under the index, and just under 60 "artists." This is the same lot from
Met Art, so you know you're in good hands.
Speaking of which, the content here can get pretty hands-on at times. The videos, in particular, skirt the line between hardcore and softcore nicely — think a late '90s Skinamax flick with gorgeous models and feature quality production values.
The Cinemax comment is at least half jest, because I have to admit they have nailed that cinematic style, and the expertise of these cast and crews really shines. A recent feature titled Therapy illustrates this well. The male performer was well cast, and contrasted nicely with the almost too pretty psychiatrist. The whole thing was was clinically shot, save for a few particularly creative moments including a really sweet close-up shot of the Doc giving the head of her patients' penis a tongue bath. Yeah, it is clear everyone has been honing their crafts in the ensuing years since my last visit.
But given their proven track record in still photography, is it any surprise they'd crank out amazing films? What did surprise me a bit, however, was how well the films section was keeping up with the photos. As I write this, there are 1974 films to choose from, 565 of them available in gorgeous 4k HD, the rest not far behind. There were 13 new videos last month alone, with hooks ranging from foot fetishism to infidelity. At the end of the day, that is a lot of new content.
Have I sampled the wares? You bet your ass. If you're into a more soft and sensual style of porn, you ought to enjoy these babies. You aren't gonna see raw penetration or anything too crazy — although I have seen some surprisingly sloppy oral — but what you they do deliver is highly erotic, and, dare I say, beautiful. Yeah, those luxurious sets and all around strong production values go a long way. But I'd expect nothing less from a sister site of
Met Art.
Speaking of the photos, it is the same magazine imaginative, beautiful work I remember them producing. The resolutions aren't too far off, either. I guess monitors need to do some catching up. Just as an example, a recent set can be downloaded in Large(4,368 x 2,912), Medium(2,048 x 1,365), and Low(1,024 x 683) resolution sizes. Just like the videos, models, and darn near everything else on this site, you can rate the galleries. There are even leaderboards. Makes finding something for a good wank in a hurry a breeze.
What can I say? Sex Art is every bit as sweet as it was during my first visit over 4 years ago, and, perhaps more importantly, has improved itself in that time, too. If you are after something more soft and sensual with higher-end production values to boot, this is an excellent bet. The folks here do an excellent job of skirting the line before hardcore and softcore, sensuality and debauchery, and the make it look fucking great, too.
